Blend of 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby color, with slight oakiness on the nose and notes of preserved fruit. Somewhat closed on the palate and pleasantly fruity. (winemaker's note)

Ripe fruit nose, with blackcurrant, plum with vanilla, liquorice and spice notes. Palate is very full and rich on attack, velvety tannins, followed by good length. (winemaker's note)
