Chateau Romassan - the red wine boasts all the characteristics of a great Bandol, from vines of no less than 15 years of age, the dominant Mourvedre variety imbues this wine all its character.
Les Domaniers - an appellation wine made from the oldest vines and most noble varieties, these wines are produced according to traditional vinification methods and always bottled on the estate.

Animal and spicy character with a truly generous blackcurrant and morello cherry bouquet. It is tannic, warm and well balanced. Mourvedre, a local variety which gives the wine its round, robust quality. It is the dominant variety used in this wine. Cinsault for its fresh, velvety elegance. Grenache to round off the wine and give it body, strength and bouquet. Syrah in small quantities to give verve to the wine and slight hints of liquorice. Perfect with roast lamb and herbs, beef, all recipes with mushroom and truffle sauces, spicy dishes and red fruit gratin.

The following grapes are used in making this rose: Cinsault for its finesse and fullness; Grenache to add warmth to the wine; Syrah in small quantities to round out the wine, give it color and a touch of licorice. This rose is has a brilliant and crystalline color. The nose is a combination of fresh fruit aromas of peach and apricot with hints of white blossoms and... More spice. It is the perfect companion for delicatessen meats, poultry, white meats, fish and Asian dishes.
