Their conversations led to the creation of the very first Brut Nature in 2006 and the relationship continued to grow over the years to give us the 2009 and 2012 vintages. The Brut Nature was born from an idea of the dreamed-for, perfect champagne. It is a wine that captures the freshness of the clay soils in a sunny year, a wine of truth, the testimony to an encounter, a soil, a year, free spirits and the independent spirit that runs through the Champagne House. Our efforts were rewarded and we are able to propose a superb vintage in terms of both quality and quantity. Our 2021 Tavel boasts a robe of intense colour, the Aqueria signature. Fruity nose of raspberry and black currant with notes of spices that develop on the palate. The outstanding balance in this vintage combining power and elegance enhances the aromas that persist throughout a lingering fresh and subtle finish. A great Rosé de Terroir.

2024

Wine Advocate 91: Notes of raspberries, wild strawberries, pomegranate and grapefruit preface the 2024 Tavel from Château d'Aquéria, a medium- to full-bodied, round and enveloping wine with a structured mid-palate and a long, spicy and generous finish.
