AG 85-87: The 2019 Bourgogne Blanc comes 60% from Meursault and 40% from Puligny. Matured for 12 months in barrel, 60% in demi-muids and the rest in pièces, and racked at the end of July, it has a pleasant glass clipping and apricot nose. The palate is fresh on the entry with a touch of bitter lemon and a bright if short finish.
