Please read the below carefully before accessing or using this website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 1. By using this website and its services, you warrant that you more than 21 years of age or and have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms. The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card. You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services. You will also ensure that you or the recipient are of legal drinking age in the state or country of your or your recipient’s place of residence and all information is true and accurate.
2. Grand Vin Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, costs, delays or other liability whatsoever caused through use of products or services purchased through this website, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, or the like).
3. All prices are in SGD unless stated otherwise and are subjected to changes.
4. Grand Vin Pte Ltd reserve the right to cancel any transactions or payments in relation to price, or stock availability, at any point in time.
5. A delivery fee of $30 will automatically be charged for all local deliveries under $500. Delivery fee charged will not be refunded under once orders have been dispatched.
6. An order processing time of 7 working days is required and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a notification from our customer service team.
7. No last-minute refunds or amendments can be made to local orders once they have been dispatched for delivery. All online credit card payment will incur a 3.5%~ (VISA, MASTERCARD) non-refundable credit card service fee. Overseas deliveries are non-refundable nor returnable.
8. All imagery of products used in this website are for illustration purposes only. Should you wish to have actual image of product, please email info@grandvin.com.sg with your request.
