Collection: Domaine J. Coudray Bizot

Domaine Coudray-Bizot is a family run domaine with some prime vineyards. The domaine is located in the historic Chateau David de Beaufort within Beaune's medieval walls from 15th century. Jean-Jacques inherited Coudray Bizot's vineyard holdings from his father who had received the land from his surgeon grandfather. At Coudray Bizot, Jean-Jacques believe in working with the utmost respect for nature, allowing the characteristics of the terroir to speak for itself. The use of any chemical treatments are strongly avoided and, of course, the harvest is done completely by hand.
