Collection: Michel Bouzereau et Fils

The Bouzereau family has been growing vines in Meursault for 7 generations but the leap towards domaine-bottling came about when Michel Bouzereau created his own estate in 1971, faced with increasing demand thanks to their fine winemaking reputation. As Michel was also the President of the Burgundy Growers Union, he handed the reins over in 1999 to his son, Jean Baptiste who has been in charge of this beautiful 12.5 hectare estate since.
Jean-Baptiste strives for the same style as his more traditionalist father, but has brought a new sensitivity and elegance to the range, completing a new winery in 2009 using different sized barrels to handle fermentation and maintain a welcomed freshness in the style.
