Daimon Brewery was established in 1826 in the ancestral hunting grounds of the Japanese Imperial Family - the IKOMA mountain range. Now, it is the only Brewery in the region still producing Sake with flowing mountain water - the core of its spirit. Over the centuries, it has developed a strong focus on small batch, hand-crafted production utilising the Ginjo. Under the guidance of the 6th Generation Kuramoto (Brewery Owner/Manager) and Toji (Brewmaster), they started producing Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo. Now, together with the 7th generation, it is introducing its Sake to the world.
