Freshness and minerality of flint complemented by the expression of white flowers and citrus from limestone. Very fine, elegant bouquet, long in the mouth. Food-wine pairing as an apertif, enjoy this with shellfish, grilled fish or in sauce, white meat, essential with goat cheese (preferably Chavignol). Ageing potential 5 years.

James Suckling 93: A succulent, driven and elegant white. It offers notes of passion fruit, gunpowder and warm herbs on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with bright acidity. Lively with a sharp character on the palate, yet it remains juicy, agile and comforting. Delicious finish with excellent length. Drink or hold.
