Price above includes food as per featured menu. Minimum of 8 pax required for dinner.Payment required to secure dinner date with Chef. Early booking of dinner date is encouraged.
One bottle of each label provided from the selected package. Take note the above wines are in rolling vintages, so the next available vintage will be used if the featured vintage has depleted.
A GV in-house Wine Specialist will be able to do a complimentary 30 min basic introduction of wines before commencement of dinner. Subjected to availability of Wine Specialist.Add-ons : Assistant Chef for group of > 8pax is chargeable at $40 per hour. Additional wine servers if required, is chargeable at $40 per hour.
