Le Clos Saint-Denis, located in Morey-Saint-Denis, appears in the XI century. It has been defined and appointed by the canons of Vergy. This Grand Cru is compact and located in the middle of the hill overlooking the village.
Pretty clear and dark ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of black fruits and caramel as well as some oaky notes. The palate is clean and the tannins are present. Long-lasting aromas with some flavor of coconut in the finish. Well-structured, fresh, elegant and balanced, this wine is a worthy representative of this famous Grand Cru.
