Burghound 91: A more obvious ripe and more deeply pitched nose of black pinot fruit and cassis where the wood is also better integrated merges seamlessly into textured, sappy and linear flavors that culminate in a slightly lean finish. However, there is so much underlying material and dry extract that this should flesh out nicely with a few years in bottle first.
