With that said, given their exclusive hand-blow nature, minor “imperfections” may exist in the form of tiny bubbles on the foot and the stem, which are accepted as part of a unique, handmade artefact. These slight bubbles do not reflect a quality criterion per se, and do not interfere with the quality of the glassware. Zalto’s main focus remains on the perfect execution, balance and the finesse of the rim, the stem and the weight.
2. Minor marks or spotting may be present within the bowl and can typically be removed by rinsing with water. Grand Vin Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any exchanges or refunds in the event that the client declines to attempt cleaning or rinsing the item.
Customers are advised to examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. Any breakages or discrepancies in quantities or items should be brought to the attention of the delivery person or your respective salesperson immediately, and be indicated on the Delivery Order.
