BH 92-94: A somber but agreeably fresh nose consists primarily of red and dark cherry, plum, violet and a whiff of underbrush. The super-sleek and gorgeously intense medium-bodied flavors exude a subtle minerality on the muscular, tightly coiled and sneaky long finish. I very much like the balance of fruit, acid and tannin components and this is a Griotte of finesse and refinement.

BH 91-93: A fresh, ripe and quite spicy nose offers up notes of both red and black cherry, pomegranate, raspberry and violet along with a whisper of newly turned earth. There is excellent complexity to the punchy and dense middle weight plus flavors that exude evident minerality on the sappy and refined but powerful finish. I very much like the delivery and in short, this is gorgeous.
