
This immense grand cru bears the name of two emperors: Otto I and Charlemagne. Majestically situated on the hillside of Corton, it features a northern exposure and a white clay terroir.
A nose of candied fruit such as quince and apricot, with a hint of oak. Splendid on the palate! The texture is full, fat and ample, with great length.
Pair with Arctic char with beurre blanc, pike-perch biscuit and lobster sauce, or old Gouda cheese.
