Gordon treats this with open fermentation after hand-picking to coax the best from this excellent source of fruit. Strikes a beautiful balance between the primary plummy, mulberry fruit characters and a more earthy rustic nuance that balances delightfully. The velvety tannins contribute to the smooth elegance of the palate. Has everything to support cellaring.
