Collection: Syrah: From Rhône to the World

Celebrated each year on February 16 as International Syrah Day, Syrah (known as Shiraz in Australia and other New World regions) is one of the Rhône Valley’s most distinctive and versatile red grape varieties. It typically produces deeply coloured, full‑bodied wines with intense notes of black fruits layered with peppery spice and savoury nuances. Depending on climate and winemaking style, Syrah can range from structured, peppery and mineral in cooler regions to richer, more opulent and fruit‑driven expressions in warmer sites.
