BH 90♥: A beautifully layered nose combines notes of mineral reduction, quinine, essence of pear, quinine and a whiff of just sliced citrus. The lilting and beautifully refined flavors exude a subtle minerality on the very dry, well-detailed and lingering finish where a touch of youthful austerity slowly emerges. This is very good for its level.

BH 89♥: This is more floral still with its aromas cool hazelnut and white peach. The energetic and nicely voluminous medium-bodied flavors are more refined while offer better depth on the markedly dry but not really austere and chiseled finale. Les Grands Charrons typically drinks well young, and this version should be no exception.
