Vinous 90-92: The 2021 Nuits Saint-Georges Aux Boudots 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet with perfumed black cherry and crushed strawberry fruit, fresh and focused, the oak nearly integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red and black fruit laced with mandarin and orange peel. Nicely structured with a slightly candied finish. Fine.
Jasper Morris 93: Slightly darker crimson and a slightly more vegetal nose. Interesting, complex, dark red fruit with a peachy note, some peppers too, just lacks a little finesse for me.
