Burghound 92: This is aromatically similar to the Prouges with perhaps a touch more of the mineral reduction component as well as a hint of green apple. There is excellent richness and volume to the middleweight flavors that possess a lovely texture as well as ample minerality on the detailed, chalky, chiseled and balanced finale that is supported by bright citrus-tinged acidity. Good stuff.
