Los Vascos Chardonnay has a pure and fresh style. The absence of malolactic fermentation gives it a pleasant acidity and the partial aging process on the lees gives it a nice smoothness on the palate. It is well-balanced, expressive, and fruity, with aromas of melon, custard apple, and physalis, as well as hints of zucchini and pumpkin.
Pale color with golden hues. It has a great aromatic expression, with intense fruity notes such as green pineapple, fresh quince, papaya and jasmine. On the palate, it has good volume with balanced acidity. A refreshing Chardonnay with character that reflects the vintage.
James Suckling 90: Spiced green star fruit, lime and green pineapple aromas. Pure and medium-bodied on the palate, with good weight and fresh, medium acidity. Lightly phenolic at the end. Drink now. Screw cap.
