When water trickles down, it is said to wind like a snake: hence the name « Serpentières ». The 40 year-old vines give the wine great concentration.
Very delicate, with lovely notes of black cherry and blackberry. The palate is very delicate from the outset and lingers for a very long time. We love its sapid, full-flavoured character.
Pair with red pepper caviar, or tajine of veal shank, olive and preserved lemon.
