Winemaker notes

The dress is lemon yellow with light green reflections, of good intensity. The disc is shiny, clear and transparent. Wine is young. The nose is frank, pleasant and intense. We feel a dominant of exotic smells, citrus fruits, candied orange, grapefruit, pear, peach, mango, passion fruit. Aeration amplifies these odors and reveals a floral note, the rose and the spices, the ginger, the curry. The nose is remarkable for freshness, exoticism. The palette has a bright and shaved complexity.

2021

James Suckling 93: This is a minor gewurz masterpiece thanks to the exciting interplay of rose water and rose hip character, with citrusy and pineapple freshness. Some salty minerality adds an extra layer of complexity. Beautiful balance at the silky and dry finish. Drink or hold.
