An intertwining of Sonoma coastal notes featuring lemon drop candy and lemon verbena are supported by a subtle oak frame that is almost perfume like and very come hither. Brimming with lime blossom, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, toasted almond, and freshly baked croissants. The palate gives way to tangerine cream, sun-kissed orchard fruits, and rich mineral density. Haunting.
Aged 16 months in 41% French Oak, 9% once-used French Oak, 47% neutral oak, 3% acacia.
