Château La Gaffelière

A man from the North landed on the banks of the Seine, accompanying the Viking lord Rollo. His name was Maleth, after the mallet he wielded in battle. Over the generations, this became “Malet”, one of the oldest names in France.
The Malet family continues to write the history of this wine, generation after generation. Through this intimate relationship with the vine, going back centuries, the vineyards are developed with the same passion, combining ancestral methods and modern techniques in a constant quest for perfection.
