Rich ruby-red color, juicy cherry, raspberry and spicy aromas with hints of Mediterranean herbs and Á oral notes on the nose. Medium bodied with soft and juicy tannins on the palate and a fresh and velvet À nish. Excellently suited to Tuscan appetizers and Charcuterie as well as to all variations of pasta. Best served at approx. 16° C (61° F).
JS 92: A firm and juicy red with blackberries and light chocolate. Medium body, chewy texture and a medium finish. Drinkable now, but better in a year or two.
