宝荘 is created by blending 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from multiple Himalayan villages. Each village is harvested separately and vinified independently before the final blend. The 2018 vintage was composed from three villages. Rather than expressing one place, 宝荘 seeks to reveal the broader natural character of the Himalayas.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14.5% alc./vol., 35,000 bottles produced. Deep ruby color with cassis, bramble fruit, and subtle mint. Smooth tannins and well integrated oak give balance and length.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14.5% alc./vol., 55,000 bottles produced. Concentrated dark fruit, blackberry and plum, layered with spice and cedar. Structured, age worthy, with vibrant freshness from high altitude terroir.
