Collection: Célèbre Winery (Bao Zhuang 宝荘酒庄)
A premium boutique estate founded by tea-magnate brothers Zhan Huangen and Zhan Hangrun in the extreme altitudes (2,200–2,600 meters) of Shangri-La, Yunnan, China. Seeking to craft a world-class Chinese fine wine, the founders partnered with renowned French winemaker Patrick Valette (formerly of Bordeaux's Château Pavie) to apply traditional, minimalist French viticulture to the harsh Himalayan terroir. The estate focuses on micro-production "garage wines," most notably a dense, structured Cabernet Sauvignon and a vibrant, Burgundian-style Chardonnay, both highly allocation-only and celebrated for their intense mountain minerality, sharp natural acidity, and striking minimalist Chinese calligraphy labels.
