Produced from Chardonnay grown at approximately 2,500 metres above sea level in the Himalayas. At this altitude, abundant sunshine, cool mountain air from the surrounding snow peaks and significant diurnal temperature variation allow the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving freshness and natural acidity. Rather than expressing a single vineyard, Bauzuan White seeks to express the broader character of Himalayan Chardonnay.
